Traveling to the United States
All visa applicants are advised to apply for their visa as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated, and not later than 3-4 months in advance. This means that international attendees should start the visa process during December 2018.

Letter of Invitation
After you have registered to attend ISRI2019, ISRI is happy to provide you with a letter of invitation to attend the event. Once registered, simply contact and include the following information along with your request for a letter of invitation:

ISRI Convention Registration Confirmation Number
Passport Country & Passport Number
Address as it appears in the passport
Company and company address
Travel dates
Details on any specific information (if any) required by your home country

Invitation letters will be sent by pdf unless printed copies are specifically requested. Printed copies will be sent by postal mail. For express service, please send FedEx or DHL account information so that the package can be charged to your account.

Please Note: Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. For additional visa information, contact the U.S. embassy and consulates in your country.

Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)
ESTA is a free, automated system that determines the eligibility of visitors to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. The ESTA application collects the same information collected on Form I-94W. ESTA applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, though it is recommended travelers apply when they begin preparing travel plans.
